Add delete account button to the account page

Description

When a user is signed in, there should be a way for them to request their account to be deleted. This is required for the app to pass the app store.

Acceptance Criteria

• Given I am a user when I am logged into the app then there should be a delete button on the account page
• Given I am a user when I click the delete account button on the account page then I should have to enter my password to verify the delete
• Given I am a user when I delete my account then all of my data should be deleted as well
