Swipe to delete for groups

Description

We need to add a swipe to delete the group's page so that users can delete their groups. We will also need to figure out what happens to the markers associated with the group being deleted.

Notes

• We should implement Swipeable from react-native-gesture-handler if possible. https://docs.swmansion.com/react-native-gesture-handler/docs/api/components/swipeable

Acceptance Criteria

• Given I am a user when I swipe left on a group then I should see a delete button
• Given I am a user when I delete a group then the markers associated with that group should also be deleted
