Dynamic /stats page

Instead of statically displaying misc generic stats, let user construct their own query similar to /releases

Stats to include:

• Highest/lowest by:
  • Average
    • Artist, Label, country, genre
      • Rating
      • Runtime
  • Total
    • Artist, Label
    • Releases
    • Runtime

Artist and label are already done; country and genre will be a bit more complex since they only exist as column entries. Worst case can just have a dedicated function for each.
