Way to disable email lookups?

Hi!,
at first very nice project! Thanks for this!..
I tried to set it up to test a little bit and was able to replace the normal webform with a react app with this library and its worked like a charm!..

Just wondering if there is a way to disable the email lookups on change?
I was not able to find something related that by just looking in the code and must admit that I am not that deep in React to know how I would be able to override this behavior.. Is there a way?

tried things like using an interceptor for rules (looks like rules storage is not used?)
Overwriting the EmailField Class and assign it to components array..
But both did not work :)
