add status:connected and status:hasActivity to hotspot object #426

status;onlineis no longer a reliable indicator of a Hotspot's "aliveness" nor reflects it's durable connected to a Validator where it is getting its ledger information.Propose adding a
status:connected: yes/no to describe its durable connection with a validator and astatus:hasActivity: yes/no based on on-chain activity (can be poc, data transfer).
