Add ability to close original proxy account, make sure proxies closed before position closed

For proxy assignment, the cost is 2 * 0.002498 SOL. When you unassign, you only get back 0.002498 SOL. If you assign again with the same position, it costs 0.002498.

The bug here is we don't close the original proxy assignment.
