Cannot generate docs, raising error ImportError: cannot import name 'ascii_letters' from 'reportlab.lib.utils'

Hello, when i try to gen th docs.Always raising the import error.
My reportlab version is 3.6.9 and python version is 3.7.1
I has installed requirements of reportlab. But encountering a error about the version when installing svglib.
I don't know whether the error is related to it.
