A user recently reported an error in the help text on Ventura:

In the instructions for Magic Highlighter you say "open Safari -> Preferences -> Extensions". I believe in Ventura and greater that's "open Safari -> Settings -> Extensions". Not sure how you'd deal with the variance but it is kind of annoying!
