Error total length and Max length in th outputfile

Hi,
I installed and ran fqcheck-v2.07 successfully and got the right outputfile when the input data was the raw.fq.gz.
However, the message in the outputfile was wrong when the input data was the clean.fq.gz (trimming by trimmomatic).
For example：
（1）total length: the total length was 38,959,635 in the outputfile, but the total length was actually 125,627,648 in clean.fq.gz.
（2）Max length: the Max length was 65 bp in the outputfile, but the Max length was actually greater than 65bp in clean.fq.gz.

Unfortunately, my software can't handle the fq read that has been trimmed. The software first reads only a small part of the read to get the quality value and the length of the read. but for the trimmed fq will have a great impact about this. So I suggest you look for other fq-related software, such as fqtools,seqkit ...
