Although it is possible to stop a running MLM when it is blocking (e.g. waiting for user input) via the Eclipse JVM debugger, general debugging of MLMs via breakpoints and stepping does not work yet.
To enable this, the arden2bytecodeeclipseplugin has to pass the breakpoints to the running JVM.
