Idea - Fake Rewards (stars, orbs, moons)

• I remember one time there was a mod before Geode that was exactly like this, but as well when you made progress or completed the level, it would give you rewards like stars and orbs, however it wouldn't actually count to the player, it was fake.

Would this potentially be doable as a lil' feature with this? It'd be neat to scratch the lizard brain with big number go up, my brain go happy.
