Mapping LM to profiles (top level)

Do we want the link between LM and profiles?
IIRC, we can make a .mapping and get the tooling to use this for "traceability" at top level - but for the other elements we have a conceptmap. Does it make sense to have a conceptmap at top levels?

This is perhaps a more general metadata implementation question.

This is tricky.
I don't want to highlight eHN data sets as logical models any more than they already are. They're quite silly-looking as logical models and they don't translate to profiles very well.
We cannot use Xt-EHR (future EHDS) logical models easily inside the IG. Or maybe we can decide to copy them over until something?
It's worth discussing definitely.
