Is the description of the prescriptionIntent ok vs. MedicationRequest.intent? Do they describe same thing?

This looks like a pretty big error indeed. Thank you for noticing.
Options:

1. Create an extension
2. Map to category (would be an extra slice)
3. Map to reason (would be an extra slice)

@costateixeira the logical model element for intent is the same in IHE profile. It's not profiled in the MedicationRequest, so I assume we want to solve it the same way?
