Welcome to the documentation for Cellenics: a cloud-based open source web platform for single cell RNA sequencing data analysis initiated by Harvard Medical School. Cellenics allows anyone to easily turn their big datasets into meaningful biology and make discoveries, free of charge. The core contributors are a team of mission oriented software engineers, bioinformaticians and researchers.
