Subject: [PATCH] website: We measured our scan is a blog, not a note

The owner calls it a blog: a story with a point of view about our own failure, for any reader, not a
reference record. It now sits on /blog under the pinned Check. Pay. Prove. Official sources and
payment addresses stays a note (a reference page). Test updated: the second blog is listed below the
pinned one.
