New argument “--title” added

Hi,

I have (quick & dirty) added the argument “--title” to the code.
If “--title=” is specified, the text is used as the page title. Otherwise, as before, the location of the output file is used.

What's the use-case for this when the title of the page already matches the output file? That's effectively the way to set the title.

My idea was to insert a freely definable title in the page header that is independent of the directory to be scanned.
