bug(imp): error loading message list with RC2

When using imp RC2, I get "error loading message list" in red at the top of the screen.

This occurred after a composer upgrade.

This was in the logs multiple times.

These are actually two separate issues. The imp failure is more critical.

I applied Imap_client#523cf061 as suggested, but this did not correct the issue. Additionally, I applied Imap_client#3601619 which also did not address the issue.

OK. For fun, I rebuilt my install using newest bundle added my apps and missing horde/timeobjects. This still produces the same error. As well as a message in the corner "Your identity does not have a valid e-mail address...".

This seems to come from something only returning what I used to log in, which doesn't include the domain name. Likely unrelated.

Please let me know what more I might provide.

I built this on a different machine, and could not replicate it. It is confusing, and I'm not sure why this is happening now.

I think you can close this, however, my hope is that you have some suggestions on things I might try to get it to work on the existing setup.

I figured this out....I actually had to put information in "Default Identity".

to replicate, leave the first entry originally named "Default Identity" blank (no valid e-mail address).
create a new identity.
Set this identity as the default.

The problem will appear.

That's not actually new though - you need to infer the full email address either from a horde wide default domain or a hook or the full user name or an identity. Same as H5. It should provide a growler message (box in the lower right) if none fit.
