Submission form still visible for already solved cases(logged in users)

After a user successfully solves a case and reopens it later, the submit section still displays the submission form.

Current Behavior

The submission form appears again even though the case has already been solved, allowing users to submit another solution.

Expected Behavior

If the case is already solved, the submit section should display the user's last submission details instead of showing a new submission form, including:

• solved status
• last submitted solution/query

Submission button doesn't work anymore, gets disabled and nothing happens. More so, if I sign in and refresh the page, I'm already signed out. Nothing works anymore :(
