Enable recording episodes into existent dataset

Currently it's only possible to record episodes to a newly created dataset. It would be great to have the option to record episodes to an existent dataset.

The backend seems to allow resuming a dataset recording so only frontend changes should be required.

I'm open to work on this but I see a This page is under construction message on EditDataset.tsx so I'm not sure if anyone else is already working on this.

You are very welcome to work on this. The This page is under construction is a residue of the initial work made on this project.
How do you imagine the GUI for this feature?

@nicolas-rabault I could start with the Edit dataset page to allow appending episodes to an existing dataset. Instead of opening the /upload page when you select a local dataset from the dropdown, this new page would open instead.

The page would have an Add episodes section with a form for task description, number of episodes, episode duration, and reset duration (similar to the Configure Recording modal). Once submitted, you'd be redirected to the recording screen to capture the new episodes.

I think this is flexible enough to add more dataset manipulation features later on.

I already have a rough version working locally, so it shouldn't take long to clean it up and record a quick demo.
