fatal error: 'math.h' file not found macos Catalina

I can't install velox_0.2.0.tar.gz in rstudio, the error is: fatal error: 'math.h' file not found.
I use macOS Catalina, I tried to fix this issue by run "xcode-select --install" or "xcode-select --reset" in terminal but didn't work.

Please help.
