Migration of Contact Form Extensions settings to Simple Contact Form

Settings for email template overrides/notifications were provided by the Contact Form Extensions plugin.

For a smoother migration path, it would be great if these were migrated to the new Simple Contact Form Settings.

A migration could be created to detect the Contact Form Extensions plugin and migrate any settings provided e.g. reCAPTCHA, Email etc.
