"None" for begin/end time using hydroserverpy

Steps to Reproduce

When using datastreams.get, in the metadata it returns, it shows none for begin/end time.

But in HydroServer, there is a begin/end time.

Expected Behavior

There should be the start and end dates, if there is data.

Actual Behavior

Reports none when there is data.

Any additional comments?
