dApp SDK critical path testing

Create 2 mock wallets using http and postMessage transports.
Create integration test suite that validates all CIP-0103 methods with both sync and async APIs.
dApp SDK components should be tested as a whole system - not just isolated methods and no mocking expect http and postMessage wallets.
