[hyprbars] (invisible, but) active and clickable/dragable when `enabled=false`

When hyprbars is loaded, but enabled=false such that the bar is not shown, all the configured buttons, double-click actions and drags are still usable and get in the way of app function, frequently covering buttons etc.

Had same issue, submit PR #701 that fixes it now.

Temporary fix: set bar_height=0 as well as enabled=false when toggling off (remember to set bar_height back to what it was when toggling on again)
