Time for a new release? 0.9.2 visual artifacts both on Nvidia and Intel

Latest release has been consistently glitching for a while now. Everything is fixed in the git. What's stopping us from releasing an update?

0.9.2 glitch on Intel

0.9.2.r14.g512e71d ok on Intel

Additionally for 0.9.2 on Nvidia the fade effect doesn't work at all. Again, everything is fine in the latest git.

are you sure it's not just because of building it anew?

Yeah I'm pretty sure. Here the first run is 0.9.2 from releases, second is hyprlock-git.

hm, none of the recent commits seem like they could fix this, but oh well, sure.
