Version: 1.8.2
This one may be a bit difficult to reproduce. I'm also not sure if it is in the webclient or server. I noticed with myself and another user who have $ characters in our passwords, LDAP login completely fails.
[LDAP: error code 49 - NDS error: failed authentication (-669)]
In a test account, table-based user, the symbol works fine and I can log in. Other LDAP accounts work fine, as does mine after removing the $ from my university pw.
I am open to suggestions on how to reproduce and debug this. What I can say is that it doesn't happen with other LDAP-connected applications at the university. For example we host REDCap (a PHP application), and I could log into it via the same credentials, which did not work in i2b2.
