Unable to persist credentials in Windows vault

Error Windows was shown after Password input.

At first sorry for answering so late.
Can you still use the vault to connect to rdp hosts from within KeePass with automatic credential saving?

"Session" is the default persistance level we use for credentials from KeePassRDP:

If this is blocked via a GPO for example, there is not much we can do to circumvent.
