Volunteers Needed: Web to Telegram Tracker Migration

We're migrating our project tracker from the web interface to Telegram to improve contributor experience and reduce maintenance overhead.

What we need:

• 1-2 volunteers to help with the migration implementation
• Someone to test the new Telegram flow on different devices
• Someone to document the migration process for others
• Optional: Someone to help with Telegram bot setup/configuration

What you'll do:

• Help migrate existing trackers to Telegram-compatible format
• Test the new bot interactions on iOS, Android, and web
• Document the migration steps
• Provide feedback on the UX
