event.preventDefault() required on default tour button clicks?

Clicking the default tour button fires the click event on containing elements, which isn't ideal.

Or maybe even event.stopImmediatePropagation()...? At the moment, if you have an anno on an element inside a form, clicking an AnnoButton submits the form.

In my tests this worked:
