How hard would it be to add sound?

I would really love to use this app. It is by far the best I've found, except for the rather important detail that I always miss when an interval ends. Would it be possible to add an option to have some sort of sound to signal the end of a work or break period?

On Android, it could be useful to send a notification when a pomodoro is completed.
