{{site.data.keyword.cloud}} is committed to support a set of key products for extended periods. Depending on a product's release level, various levels of support, committed warranties, or service level agreements (SLAs) are available. {: shortdesc}

Extended support for key products

The following table lists the products that {{site.data.keyword.IBM}} will not withdraw support for before the indicated date, unless a functional equivalent is provided.

For products that are not included in the previous table, IBM will provide at least 12 months notice of its intention to discontinue or replace a generally available product, unless IBM must act sooner to comply with applicable laws, legal obligations, or regulations, to address a security issue, or to avoid undue economic burden. In such circumstances, IBM will take all reasonable actions to provide as much notice to customers as possible.
