  • Leading large-scale migrations — owned a React 17 → 18 upgrade across multiple teams.
  • Testing infrastructure with Jest + Playwright, accessibility to WCAG 2.1 AA.
  • Embedding AI-augmented workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) so the team compounds.
