Decimal commas instead of points in configuration page #490
Description
The values in the configuration page have commas to separate decimals. In the tool, commas are used to separate thousands and dots to separate decimals. This was reported to be confusing for some users: Could this be standarized so that we have dots to separate al decimals throuout the tool?
