Include login details in CONTRIBUTING.md

I had to dig through the repository to figure out how to log in as the test users (Judge/Author/Votecounter/Curator/Cheez/Prizemanager). It would be helpful if those login details were included in CONTRIBUTING.md, as in [the IFDB repo](https://github.com/Keltena/ifdb/blob/main/README.md).
