Publish/update artifact to Maven Repository

The last version available in the Maven Repository is the v1.0.0 from 2017: https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.github.ignaciotcrespo/testwithparams

It has an artifactId different from the package name, making me think this was only a test. Nevertheless, it would be great if the release script automatically publishes the latest version to the Maven Repository, and the readme shows how to add its dependency with Gradle.

Summary

The publishing infrastructure (maven-push.gradle) is already configured correctly to deploy to Sonatype/Maven Central. The reason v1.0.7 was never published is that it requires manual execution with credentials (NEXUS_PASSWORD and signing.password). No automated CI/CD release pipeline exists.

Issues Found & Fixed

What Still Needs to Be Done Manually

Note: I cannot modify .github/workflows/ files due to GitHub App permissions, so the release workflow must be created manually.

To automate future publishing, you'd need a GitHub Actions workflow that triggers on a new tag/release and runs:

./gradlew publish -PNEXUS_PASSWORD=${{ secrets.NEXUS_PASSWORD }} -Psigning.password=${{ secrets.SIGNING_PASSWORD }}

with NEXUS_USERNAME, NEXUS_PASSWORD, SIGNING_PASSWORD, and the GPG key (secring.gpg) stored as GitHub secrets.

For an immediate one-time publish of v1.0.7, run locally:

./gradlew publish -PNEXUS_PASSWORD=<your_password> -Psigning.password=<your_signing_password>
