Package has tiny dependency on camml; refactor out?

While some of the examples have a true dependency on camml, the package itself may not need it. Right now, the only reason camml is a dependency of the package is that its draw module is used in a very minimal way. It would be worth looking at whether this can be refactored away.

The dependency is deeper than acknowledged in previous comment because a lot more examples and utilities "use camml" because they use dnntools (where development on the relevant modules has stopped; and maybe even those modules aren't present in dnntools anymore?) and just haven't been switched over to camml. It still stands that the camml dependency could be worked out from the ptzipcam package itself even if it is left in a bunch of the examples and utilities. In that case, there could be some 'extras_require' categories in setup.py that allow manual install of those.
