Potential event gen help

In the corpora github there is an archetypes folder that contains events, artifacts, characters, and settings. Might be useful to use directly or as inspiration.

In incorporating the grammars from @lee3206 @notkrd and @dacharya64, I've run into some trouble getting all the jsons loaded in the right order. So I've crunched them into grammars/eventer.js as a very crude stopgap.

a) The full reasons_travel are not incorporated yet, as I would want to sprinkle them around the event texts more. Some of the new plot arcs are at an intermediate level of abstraction between the reasons_travel and the various macguffin hunts.

b) If we were to draw on external corpora, this loading issue would recur.

Also, the new events in plot_arc.js pull a bunch of relationships in, so there's that proof of concept.
