Gamepad and Keyboard stop working after opening and closing Control Dev Menu

Little update:

• If the asi is not loaded, keyboard/mouse input is OK.
• When asi loaded: Opening and closing the dev menu while in photo mode or pause/main menu lead to no keyboard input/gampad input. Only way is to restart the game to have gamepad input. Keyboard/mouse input doesn't work at all.

Also tested the EGS version. same behaviour.
