Support the standard H.264 code for improved video replay in CREW

The CREW player currently uses JPEG video, which produces high quality,
high bandwidth video. It would be better if it produced high quality, low
bandwidth video. H.264 is more contemporary, and it can also be played back
by the newest (beta) flash player.
