PLain Text Mails

Hi, 

I've 2 Questions:

- how can I add a plaintext Version of a Newsletter?
- when send the mails via SMTP then the dkim signature is missing. When I send the TYPO3 Testmail it's there, even they use the same account
Can someone help me out?
