Wrong number of citations shown

I have tried OpenEbench on my tool, moleonline, and it showed 0 citations from both publications this year.

EuropePMC shows 22 for both this year only, Open Alex 52+6, and Scholar shows 64+7 so far this year.

So my issue is - where do you get those numbers of citations that are basically non-existent, even in comparison with all tools with API available?

BTW, in 2014, OEB shows 16, Scholar 19, EuropePMC 1 citation, and OpenAlex shows 12 - so it was kind of okay those years.

What has gone wrong?
And also, what IS the source of those citations? Documentation is rather limited in that essence.

We are going to revise our publication metrics infrastructure, as we have been suffering several instabilities along the past months (mixed with a forced cloud migration), and it could be failing in some point of the gathering or the integration process.

Along this month we have identified several issue in the citation metrics gathering pipeline, as well as the metrics publishing process. We have fixed many issues, and now the citation metrics are more similar to the ones provided by PubMed. There is still one pending issue related to the remediation of citations gathered from several sources.
