Implement FastBuild generator

Most likely initially based on one of the makefile or ninja generators that exist.

I'm interested in this and was referred to you by the maintainer of FASTBuild, who said:

I'm not certain how active the work on the CMake generator is, as I'm not directly involved in that. (I've provided some support, but no direct contribution). Although FASTBuild is designed to replace CMake as well (since the end result is typically much better), it seems like it's cool for existing users (like yourself) to have an easy transition path (to make sure it will work as you hope before investing big). With that in mind I'm happy to continue supporting any development of CMake to support FASTBuild.

updating the branch to the latest cmake.
