0.2.48 .dmg app is corrupt

I can move the app from the dmg to the applications folder on my mac running Sonoma but it says it's corrupted even if I ctrl+click to open it.

Here is the exact error text:

  “TARS” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash.
