@JanvandenBrand Please add that these are the minimally required vocabularies. In general it is advised to leave all default selected vocabularies selected, and add any source vocabularies (e.g. the UK uses READ, dm+d). Lastly, I would advise to include the WHO ICD10 in addition to the US ICD10CM. There are slight differences and I expect European countries to use WHO ICD10 or have a national ICD10 extension.
