MacOS Ventura blocking EPS HomeKit Bridge.indigoPlugin from running

After downloading and setting up the plugin, the Quick Start says that the plugin will automatically start. However, at that point, a modal dialog pops up stating "EPS HomeKit Bridge.indigoPlugin cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified. MacOS cannot verify that this app is free from malware." Two buttons are below the message: "Move to Trash" and "Cancel".
