The current OTOKEY controller uses the tens digit for the component group and the units digit for the side. The position indicator associated with the fault also flashes.

Directions use the service reference orientation and may not match the user's seating direction. Use the flashing position indicator to identify the side.
- Record the fault code and flashing position.
- Disconnect power.
- Remove only visible foreign objects that can be reached without disassembly.
- Reconnect and perform one reset.
- If the code returns, stop using the table and contact support.
