Can't run the project in Android Studio

I downloaded the project and opened it using Android Studio.
Then I updated
classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.0.1'
distributionUrl=https://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-4.1-all.zip
and I make such a mistake. How can I fix it?

Error:Manifest Tasks does not support the manifestOutputFile property any more, please use the manifestOutputDirectory instead.
