Check myftp1.erl

For this moment i don't know how debug this source code, but i added this in the "warning" zone.

The idea is copy big files using small sections and append or concatenate in the destiny.

I need open a process and read the remote file, process this and write a new file.
rpc(open) -> pread -> pwrite ... -> pread -> pwrite -> pread -> eof.

I have the first solution with the new source code of myftp1.erl. (d98c780)
This source obtain information of a remote file: the Filezise, Big_segment, Small_segment, List_segments and Bin, in a list.

Now i can read a segment of a remote file (1dfd155) recursively :).
