The payment problem is caused by the Pay-me server.
The page 6 of the «GUIA DE INTEGRACION PAYME MODAL» document (https://pay-me.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/PAYME-GUIA-DE-INTEGRACION-MODAL.pdf) mentions the https://pay-me.pe/WALLETWS/services/WalletCommerce?wsdl URL:

This URL sometimes works, sometimes does not.
*) It always works from my own server with the 5.9.188.84 IP address:

*) It never works from my workstation with the 158.181.235.66 IP address.
*) It sometimes works from your innomuebles.com server with the 209.124.74.139 IP address:

I guess the Pay-me server uses a firewall which sometimes blocks requests to the https://pay-me.pe/WALLETWS/services/WalletCommerce?wsdl URL.
