[Feature Request]: Possibility to add some extra content to all reporterCards

When using modules from packages, app developer would like to add a standard content to all reporterCards in the application. App developer would like to avoid repeating same call to all reporter cards.

Small comment that it will be great to be able to add initial card to a reporter too. A card which contains the app info and description. Additionally we can not edit the report title and author at the app start. Maybe an App Info module should have the add card option and be added by default.

In this feature branch #307 we added reporter$set_template() that can utilize a function, that when set, will be applied to all future ReportDocument objects (new S3 class that supersedes ReportCard).
